Mrs Wallace Page (nee Carrie Vivian Tucker) Mrs Wallace Page Dies in Galesburg Mrs. Wallace B Page, formerly of this county, died in Galesburg, Ill, hospital last Friday and was brought home to Frisco, near her old home for funeral services and interment. She was the sister of Robert C Tucker, of near Frisco, and was a daughter of John Tucker, one of the more prominent farmers of the northern part of the county. Following is an obituary that was prepared and read at the funeral services: Carrie Vivian Tucker was born near Belle Rive, Ill, December 8, 1894. She was the daughter of John and Susan Tucker, and the youngest of seven children. All her early life was spent near Frisco and since the age of sixteen she was a member of the Baptist church there. She was married to Wallace B Page on March 23, 1913, and in 1920 they with their family moved to northern Illinois, near Aledo and have lived there since that time. She was the mother of four children, Neva Lucille, 19, and Gladys Marie, 17, who have just finished high school. Harold Gilbert, who preceded his mother in death nine years ago, and an infant daughter who passed away with her mother. Carrie was a loving wife and mother, a dear sister, a true friend and neighbor. To know her was to love her, and those who knew her best loved her most, life was made richer and sweeter by having known her. For several years Carrie had been in ill health, but was always a patient sufferer. Her last illness was of several weeks duration, but she took suddenly worse Thursday night and was taken to St Mary's hospital in Galesburg and passed away at 1 PM Friday, June 2, 1933, at the age of 38 years, 5 months, and 25 days. She leaves to mourn her passing a very devoted husband and two loving daughters, four brothers, William, Charley, Bob and Jim Tucker, two sisters, Ella and Julia, and a host of other relatives and friends. "A precious one from us has gone, A voice we loved is stilled, A place is vacant in our home Which never can be filled."
