1.Count money; buy and sell.
2.Read, read, read!!! Have your child read to you and you read to them. Have them tell you what they have read AND explain the picture in the story.
3.Keep a journal. This can be pictures, words or both!
4.Keep track of the weather by using a graph, writing the weather down, reading thermometers, etc....
5.Tell time using analog clocks.
6.Cook together: reading recipes and measuring ingredients.
7.Skip count by 2's, 3's, 5's, 10's, 100's.
8.Review letters, sounds, letter combinations (br, pr, squi, tr,...) and rhymes.
9.Mark places you have visited on maps.
