easy task to undertake, it does

the Reunion
Committee. Check all the

story.
It might be a
story about a
favorite teacher,
or classmate who
is no longer
with us but who made a
difference in
your life or it
may be a shot
story of general
interest. We
will
select one short
story monthly
for publication. This months
selected
feature
story is
from:
Larry Wright
A
1st grade
school
teacher had
26
students
in her
class. She
presented
each
child
with
the first
half of
a
well-known
proverb
and
asked
them to
come up
with the
remainder. It's
hard to
believe
the
answers
are from
first
graders.
Their
insight
may
surprise
you. While
reading,
keep in
mind
these
are
6 and 7 year-olds,
because
the last
entry is a
classic!
All of us
remember Red
Skelton for his
great humor.
He was one of
the greatest
entertainer of
our
time,
always with
clean humor,
however most of
us don't his
father died two
months before he
was born or his
mother was a
cleaning lady to
make ends meet.
Red started
working at age 7
to help. this is
a story of how
he began in show
business: 
Don Marco was
born in Northern
Minnesota in the
late 1920's. His
interest in art
was evident even
before starting
school. As a
young adult in
the Army Air
Corp, he began
his life's
career in Air
Traffic Control,
which continued
until his
retirement from
Honolulu
International
Airport in 1973.
Much of his
spare time was
spent as a
professional
artist.
